WIG AND HAIR RETURNS
Due to the nature of my services all sales are final! There are NO refunds for reasons other than what is detailed below. Pictures will be sent upon completion of your custom unit, if you are not satisfied changes will be made until you are fully satisfied. If it does not fit due to improper measurements, you may return the wig to be reconstructed *fees will apply* return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.(Reconstruction does not apply to Kash & Go wigs)

PLEASE REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR A FAULT PRIOR TO SENDING THE UNIT BACK SO THAT WE CAN ADVISE ON HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT TO US.

TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT CAP SIZE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR HEAD AS PER OUR SIZE CHART.

PLEASE NOTE: MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU MEASURE YOUR HEAD ACCURATELY PRIOR TO ORDERING YOUR UNIT, IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES PLEASE CONTACT US FOR GUIDANCE AND ASSISTANCE.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IN THE CASE THAT THE UNIT IS DEEMED FAULTY UNDER INSPECTION FROM OUR PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT.

JUNEY DANYELLE DOES NOT SUGGEST ALTERING OR COLORING ANY UNITS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN COLORED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE AND GUIDANCE.

ALL RETURNS ARE INVESTIGATED AND IF THE RETURNED UNIT HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANYWAY I.E. THE UNIT HAS BEEN GIVEN BLEACH KNOTS, TRIMMED, OR COLORED. JUNEY DANYELLE CAN NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE UNIT AND IF WE RECEIVE A UNIT THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED WE WILL RETURN THE PRODUCT TO YOU.

IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH YOUR UNIT YOU MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS;

YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.

THE UNIT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNCUT OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED UNITS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN TRYING ON THE UNIT AND DO NOT CUT THE LACE. A PHOTOGRAPH DETAILING THAT THE UNIT IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE A RETURN IS PERMITTED, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS WILL RESULT IN THE UNIT BEING RETURNED TO YOU.

RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

IF YOUR UNIT IS FAULTY WE WILL ADVISE YOU HOW TO RETURN THE UNIT TO US.

REFUNDS (ONLY ISSUED IF A UNIT IS FAULTY) WILL BE ISSUED BACK VIA YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION MAY NEED UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS THE FUNDS BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Units can not be returned for an exchange or refund SO PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE AN UNIT UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOU CAN AFFORD THE INVESTMENT AND HAVE DONE THE DUE DILIGENCE REGARDING MY BRAND AND PRODUCTS.

SHIPPING 

Our company and its affiliates will not and are not responsible for any incorrect information provided. Shipping is done through UPS. Processing occures in between 3-4 business days. After processing Please allow up to 15 business days for arrival. 

*Processing time on items purchased under the "Custom made Wigs" tab can take up to 15 business days to be created, processed, and shipped.
